Large mortgage & small default

Hi, we are looking at moving up the property ladder. We need a 80-85 percent mortgage on a £350k property.
My credit file shows a default of £100 last year for a mobile phone provider. I also have 3 late payments due to a dispute with our electricity supplier. Shall I apply for a mortgage with our current provider or a broker? What are the chances of getting this through?
Thanks

Which lender are you with now?
Probably one for a broker this. Be careful of who you apply to as rejections will harm credit score.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. This is place able but get some advice.
You have issues on your credit file that will lead to a refusal with some lenders so don't make matters worse by cluttering up your credit file with unnecessary credit searches.I am a Mortgage Broker
