The opportunities are still there.
The UK is a growing population country with limited supply of properties.
I have no doubt that I am competing with cash rich investors and rental companies.
That said, as a cash rich person, I'd want to leverage my investment across a number of properties, utilising BTL to achieve this and increase the returns gained from multiple tenancies.:wall:
