Debt Help!!!

Had A Quick Question & Would Appreciate Any Advice

I Have Had Various Unsecured Debts Including Payday Loans, Personal unsecured Loan, Mobile Contracts, Overdrafts

Last Time I Have Heard Or Have Made Any Contact With Them Was In June 2009 Since Which I Have Moved Address & Just Started To Recover From Depression

My Questions Are: When Does The Debt Become Stature Barred??

If I Obtain A Copy Of My Credit Report Would That Reset The Clock??

Would My Creditors Be Able To Trace My New Address If I Obtain A Report??

I Recently Opened A Account On The New Address I Have Lived In Since 2009 Without Using Anything Linked To My Previous Address & Have Managed To Obtain A Full Debit Card Strangely & The Advisor @ Barclays Says Ive Got A Good Score?? Surely Something Is Wrong

Six years after it was last acknowledged by you or someone you appointed, by way of payment or in writing.

    No

The best way to remove the stress caused by these debts is to find a way to pay them off. Take a second job, cut down your living costs to the bare minimum, and set about paying back what you owe.

That way, at the end of it, you'll get the wonderful feeling of being legitimately debt free, and not of having cheated anyone out of what is theirs.

Noble sentiments but in the real world I doubt the banks involved would care a jot for the welfare and wellbeing of the OP, considering the past health problems does he really want the added stress of debt collectors as well ? if they make contact by all means arrange to pay what you can, but if they don't...............I would not lose sleep over it !

No point digging them up if the creditors aren't chasing them.
