    Hi! Yes, plain flour. If you have any left over it freezes very well: I wrap mine in a bit of foil then put it in a freezer bag (labelled!!! No UFOs wanted ...). Hope it goes well.

    Great thanks ... I think ill make it up this afternoon donuts got time to chill in the fridge ... All excited ;)
    I think I'm gonna make them I a muffing tray I have so I have a few little mini ones ...
    Oh any idea how long to cook for and at what temp ? X
