You're not taking a credit account are you? If not, no you shouldn't return that form.

However that said, I myself have a Next account in case I need "emergency" clothes any time (last minute holiday bits, spare shirt for work etc).

    following on from this...

does anyone know how to purchase things from Next online without signing up for their "directory" / credit arrangement.

I know it's possible as i did it before (and have forgotten the account number) - and i know it means a higher postage charge ... but it avoids the £3.75 for the catalogue.

I just can't find out how to do it.

    Thanks

    Hi

I've got credit account with Next and yesterday I phoned to cancel it, when I was told it would take 82 days to close. I don't owe them any money and haven't a directory for over 2 years so I can't work out why it should take so long.

Any gems of wisdom on this and how I can speed up this process?

    Cheers

No idea about the credit agreement bit but when it comes around for new catalogues, you can call them and they wont send one so you aviod the £3.75 charge (get the number off saynoto0870 for cheaper calls) HTH
