BR almost underway but daily calls from CapQuest what should I do?

Yes. I agree. It's strange but a lot of people mistype when referring to them, and it ends up:
CapQuest = CrapQuest.
I addressed all my letters to them as that, and used that name whenever they phoned me. :rotfl::rotfl:
That really annoyed them.;)
If they phone/write have some fun at their expense or ignore them.
Or CapQuestionable methods??

I was told that WTC alone qualified you but I read everywhere that it had to be both WTC and CTB or WTC/low income/disability element.
Hopefully a quick phone call will advise the OP of their individual situation. Or at least they can claim under low income possibly.
Anyway, yes, I did type the wrong amount for the OR deposit. It's because my hubby paid both and it came to £485. I have the 85 bit in my head but as you say, it's £335.
I only receive child tax credit and was exempt from the court fee.Went BR 25th May 2007 at 12.33, OR Interview now done. :eek: BSC No 880 -
Do you get the full £335 back then?!0

No, the £335 is receivers fee/bankruptcy fee, you dont have to pay the court cost of £150, or the £7 charged at the Strand for swearing in your bankruptcy.Went BR 25th May 2007 at 12.33, OR Interview now done. :eek: BSC No 880

Sorry Olivia the £335 is payable no matter what, it is the OR's fees. It is the £100 court fees you will be exempt from.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0

Sorry but No.
The £335 OR deposit is payable by everyone. It is possible to get a chartable trust fund to pay it for you, but apart from that you must pay this fee.
The exemption refers to the £150 court fee. The reason for the confusion over eligibility is that a lot of the court staff are very kind and bend the rules.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
