ERC back in 2007

Would anyone be able to tell me how to find out what the ERCs were on a 10 year fixed rate mortgage with Abbey back in 2007.
I have lost the paperwork which stated this & have a feeling Santander have me on a different scale of charges for this.
I also do not trust Santander to send the original paperwork if it differs from the ERcs they now have.

I can only suggest you make a S7 request under the DPA for all records they hold on you.
FWIW, ERPs have been printed on the back of the annual mortgage statement for at least five years, that I know of...I am a mortgage broker. Thanks for the advice, but what is an S7 request & what is DPA?
I know I sound dumb & I will probably know exactly what it is when u tell me, then again, maybe not lol0 -
