Can you clarify something. We were told the valuation was instructed on Friday and we then received a letter from Leeds dated Saturday saying they are liaising with our broker to advise of any outstanding requirements.
Is this just a delay letter? i.e, "don't worry, we haven't forgotten about you"Debt free as of 7.20am on 31st December 2012.

I hope none of my clients ever get such a letter.
