Selling house coowned with bankrupt ex

I co own a property with my ex husband who went bankrupt. I want to sell this house. I will be lucky if there is enough equity to pay the selling fees as there is very little equity in it,however I want to move and start afresh away from this house. There are 'restrictions' on the property via the land registry, what do I need to do from here?
