A BIG BIG thank you Pricivius, and a monster sized thank you to you Daisy,

My friend has received a acceptable offer today. I passed on all the advice and wrote an email to ACAS on Friday for which she refused to budge from her last offer.

They have accepted today and a draft COT3 has been sent to her.

I think rather than the financial aspect, sticking up for her rights has made her much stronger, and given back some of the confidence they took away.

You're a real start Daisy to help complete strangers...Thank you
