Probably something the advisor will go through with me, but I'll ask anyway!
If i apply for a 2year fixed mortgage and get accepted. will that exact mortgage be held until i complete the purchase of the house (will be in november)?

Usually yes - although bear in mind that most fix rates have a specific end date (will be on your KFI) - which won't change, regardless of the completion date.0

It will as long as the product doesn't have an earlier drawdown deadline, or the offer has only a short life, perhaps three months like in the case of Leeds BS.
If the latter, you'd need to regulate when to apply to ensure your offer would live long enough!I am a mortgage broker.
