Do lenders just get the valuation or whole report?

Hi, ftb with a simple question.
We opted for a homebuyers report, will the surveyor just send the lender the valuation report or the homebuyers report. If just a valuation report, is it safe to say they will produce and email this report to the lender quicker than they send me the homebuyers?

Yes.
The lender only requires the usual mortgage report & valuation and this is not affected by your decision to have a more in-depth survey.
