Bankruptcy and ebay/paypal

Before going bankrupt I would like to know if my ebay and paypal accounts could be effected.
I have been using ebay on and off for years and have quite a unique username which I dont want to lose. Also a good 99.7% rating with nearly 3000 positive feedbacks. My paypal account is also in good standing and I use it to pay my ebay fees and where possible to pay for goods.

I know that My bank accounts and credit card accounts would be frozen and I'd be allowed a basic bank account

My only debts are credit cards which are not as threatening as CCJ's etc

Has anyone any experience where it comes to ebay and paypal?

Thanks

Yes, Paypal and eBay will be fine. You don't owe them any money, they will have no need to know you are BR and nor will they find out.

I was recently discharged after 3 years of bankruptcy (Scotland) and had no problems whatsoever buying and selling on ebay using paypal.

Maybe my Scottish location is relevant here too, but I had a First Direct bank a/c before going bankrupt, and I still have it. It was never frozen, in fact the only problem was their refusal to extend my overdraft limit permanently -- they extended it temporarily more than once. And I kept my switch card all the way through.
