:oI think I am going mad! where has that link "getting started" gone? I was just going to have another read through some rules and tips on e mail comps ( I seem to remember a format for emails that I could have used) sorry if its there!

Don't worry I'm exactly the same, usually when it comes to keys (I frequently lock myself in the house!).
It actually took me a while to figure out where it was because I was convinced it was a sticky in compers corner.0
