    I received a similar message via text but I don't think I entered a comp with Ginger Grouse! I'm not a liker of their FB page and didn't enter any comps for them from MSE. Guess I'll find out tomorrow!

    I got both the email about the courier & also the congratulations one from ginger grouse. Was in all day but didn't receive my case of Ginger Grouse. Is this a con?

    UPDATE - just received a reply from a PM I sent on FB

    Hi Liz
    We are extremely sorry for this experience. We share in your disappointment.

    In this case, we will look into the reasons and speak directly with the delivery provider. Generally if no one was home a note is left and it is delivered to your local collection point however it appears you were home the entire time, we do apologise and will be sure to investigate.We will rearrange a delivery and make sure a safe-and-sound delivery gets to your door. We shall be in contact with you asap.
