I would love to know how she gets £80 cashback for a hotel booking!!

The OP says up to £80 per booking and not per person. Currently 8.4% is available for Expedia. If you're talking about a few people staying in a business class hotel for a few days then I'm sure you can incur the £950 expense required for £80 cashback.

I think it is just a perk of the job. My old company couldn't care less that I could book their train travel, hotels, etc via cashback sites and put the money to a staff kitty. They looked at me as if I were crazy!

Well that's it companies don't seem to care. An employer I worked for used the trainline to book tickets, incurring booking fees and not getting any loyalty points. When Red Spotted Hanky (free of booking fees and offering loyalty points) launched I told the administrator responsible for booking train tickets and she liked the system and found it much easier to use than the trainline but the CEO insisted on carrying on using the trainline.

    Am I a share holder?

Buy one share and go along to the AGM and ask the CIO what he is playing at !

[Once upon a time, I was really mad to discover that "my" £3k savings at the Nationwide had been recycled to a fraudster living in a mobile home and that is just what he he had done - slipped away in his mobile home with "my" £3k.
That little story livened up the AGM. Perhaps it helped reduce the Nationwide's exposure to the liar loans that brought down the banking system].
