Anyone take an Abbey 10 year mortgage in 2007

Did anyone take a 10 year fixed rate mortgage with Abbey (now Santander) back in 2007?
If so would u have any paperwork relating to early repayment charges. I am unable to find this paperwork that lists how the charges are calculated but I feel that Santander are calculating the early repayment charge on a formula that is different from that which was agreed with Abbey.
Santander are looking £8400 ERC on £112000 mortgage with a remaining 4 years. I really had the feeling that the ERC with Abbey was actually decreasing.
Sorry if this seems confusing but any help is appreciated
