Any fizzy drink ,even if sugar free, is highly acidic and if drunk every day has the potential to erode away teeth. Never brush your teeth within an hour of drinking fizz (it just rubs the acid in and causes more damage) .
Drinking through a straw helps but doesn't stop the problem entirely.
