In these terms and conditions "Application" means the Hawaiian Tropic competition page hosted on the Hawaiian Tropic UK website; "Promotion" means the Hawaiian Tropic glamorous break prize draw on the Application; "we", "us" and "our" mean Energizer Group Ltd, Sword House, Totteridge Road, High Wycombe, Bucks, HP13 6DG (Promoter).

Promotion is open to UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
The Promotion is open for entries from 10.06.13 to midnight on 30.09.13 ("Promotional Period").

The winner of the prize draw will receive an overnight break in London for two people to include:
Massage and manicure in a Central London salon

Both the winner and the guest who accompanies them must be aged 18 or over when the overnight break is taken and may be asked to provide proof of age
A valid credit card must be presented at hotel check in for incidentals
All personal expenses, insurance, food and drink and other travel costs are the responsibility of the winner.
Prize must be redeemed by 01.10.14. The winner cannot travel during Bank Holidays or between 01/12/13-10/01/14. Once the travel and accommodation has been booked it cannot be amended. All bookings are subject to availability.
Only one entry per person or per email address is allowed.
No bulk, third party, automated or organised group entries will be accepted. Incomplete or corrupt entries or entries that are not in accordance with entry instructions will not be accepted.
We are not liable for any person not being able to enter the Promotion for any reason, including and without limitation system failure, error, the Application being down, hacks on the system or personal computer issues.
The winners of the Promotion will be selected as soon as practicable after the end of the Promotional Period in a random draw from all valid entries, under the supervision of an independent observer. The winner will be notified within 7 days of the date of the draw by email/or phone. The winner must confirm whether he or she wishes to claim the prize within 24 hours of receiving notification. If the winner fails to do so, the winner shall forfeit the Prize and the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize award from the original winner and award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original winner. It is the responsibility of entrants to check emails and be able to take telephone calls for this purpose during the relevant period.
No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason.
The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
No cash alternatives will be given in whole or in part. The prize is subject to availability, non-transferable and non-refundable, must be taken as offered and will only be awarded to the winner as specified on the entry form.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity of any entrant or a winner before making the prize award.
The winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from the promotion with no recompense.

By taking part in this Promotion all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions (which may be amended or varied at any time by us if circumstances make this unavoidable).
Entrants agree that the Promoter, its subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies and employees, and any other sponsors, advertisers and promotional agencies shall have no liability, except and to the extent that it is not permissible by law to exclude liability (such as liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence or breach of contract), in connection with the acceptance or use of any of the prize which is awarded.
The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and each entrant hereby irrecoverably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
