Hi everyone
i am very new to all this so not quite sure how it works but going to try and give it ago
We have a mortage for £153,000 and we have also taken out a First Plus loan £57,000 which is secured on our house, i am wanting to remortage and get rid of first plus, but not quite sure how i go about this and is it possible when we have a loan secured on our house, i now no it was a stupid thing to do.
Any help/advice would be great.

yes we are on a fix rate expires 2010 but didnt want to wait till then, as we are needing to get rid of this first plus loan"I'm on a mission to try and combat my debt"
