As well as the gift, or instead of?
Is there any reason why you don't just have one thread and set out what you are trying to achieve and ask the questions which match that?
So, so far we have gifted deposit and shared equity. Anything else?I am a mortgage broker. very relevent, the banks would like that however, just because you have a lump sum doesn't necessarily mean you should go for a very expensive house, stay within your means and get a cheaper one, i dont know your income but that equity would give you a comfortable mortgage if you went for something more modestFrogmorton wrote: »to have my own savings0
