Looking for cheap Manchester/Bolton venue

I live in Manchester, on the outskirts of Bolton. I'm looking for a venue around £200, but I can go up to £500 (no more than that).
I've enquired about Worsley Court house, Buile Hill hall and a few other venues to no avail.
Any recommendations would be helpful.
