The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Element and at least 6 weeks in advance of their preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.

The trip must be taken before 15 August 2014 but cannot be taken over Bank / Public Holidays in the UK (18 & 21 April 2014 and 5 & 26 May 2014), during school holidays (26 October 2013 – 3 November 2013, 5 April 2014 – 21 April 2014, 24 May – 1 June 2014 and 23 July – 4 September) or the months of December 2013, January 2014 & February 2014.

The Neighbours experience includes:
a) The Official Neighbours Tour (run by Bunyip Tours) to Neighbours studio backlot and Ramsay Street.
b) Entry to the Official Neighbours Trivia Night (run by Bunyip Tours). Drinks and meals are not included.
c) Exclusive access to Neighbours studio and outside sets, observe filming and meet the cast. Subject to availability.

In the event that the Neighbours tour is cancelled due to circumstances outside of the Prize Provider’s reasonable control an alternative date and time may be offered but cannot be guaranteed.

The whale watching tour is available between the months of August and October and lasts approximately 4 hours. In the event that the whale watching tour is cancelled due to poor weather conditions an alternative date and time may be offered but cannot be guaranteed.

Should the prize winner travel outside the months of August to October, the whale watching tour will be substituted with a full day Beauty Spots Tour of Fraser Island.

The winner and his/her companion must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to Australia. It is the responsibility of the winner to organise and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for themselves and their travelling companion.

Travel insurance terms exclude pre-existing medical conditions and insurance is subject to standard policy excesses and an upper age limit of 74 years.

Where the winner is under 18 years old, the winner must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the hotel. Please note that either the winner or his/her companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and/or his/her companion adhere to the local laws in Australia, including but not limited to, the legal age limit for driving and for buying, drinking and possessing alcoholic beverages which is 18 years or over. It is highly recommended that the winner and his/her companion obtain advice from a medical professional in advance of travelling and ensure that vaccinations are up to date.

The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, additional meals and drinks which are not included in the prize, additional excursions, attractions, additional treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, visas and vaccinations where required and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.

There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. The prize is non-transferrable.
