lots of us were getting it so I asked in site feedback last night & Fermi has given us a temporary fix for it,
I've done as Fermi says & so have some of the others,
since then I've had no more 'can't post' messages & can use the smileys

when /if MSE fix it tomorrow you'll just need to switch back
but I've changed the settings to what Fermi said & haven't been getting any of the messages since & can use the smilies,
whereas last night & early this morning I was getting the message nearly every time I tried to post
Fermi's instructions are a tempory fix until MSE sort it out,
or if they don't/can't sort it i'm keeping it on standard,

hiya oddies, it's not 'my' way
it's a temporary fix we can use provided by Fermi
just till MSE fix the glitch, it will stop you getting the
'blocked' messages.
