Pink performed an incredible set at the Capital Jingle Bell Ball last December which saw her fly around London's O2 Arena in front of thousands of fans.

PINK ON AIR COMPETITION ON THE CAPITAL NETWORK JUNE 25th - JULY 1st 2013

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) which can be found at https://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions apply to the 'Pink' radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Tuesday 25th June 2013 to Monday 1st July 2013. (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Capital FM Network.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the ON AIR Competition:
The opening time of the competition is Tuesday 25th June 08:00, 2013.

The closing time of the competition is Monday 1st July 11:59, 2013.

To enter the on air Competition an Entrant must listen out for a Pink track. The Pink track is the cue to text, and can be played at anytime between the above dates and times.

Entrants must text PINK to the Capital Text Short Code, 83958.
Entrants have the duration of the song to text in.
Once the competition is closed an entry will be randomly selected and the time we received it checked against the Capital music log (Capital reserves the right to confirm with the entrant which Capital station they were listening to and take this as their final answer).

If the text matches the Capital log to a Pink track being played, Capital will award the prize. If not, the process will be repeated until we find a valid winner.

The winner will be notified that they have won by phone within 24 hours of the competition closing.

The winner will be required to answer their phone, talk to the presenter/s and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air.

Eligibility
The winner must be 18 years of age or over and be a resident of the UK.
One member of the party of the two, MUST be 21 years of age or over.
The winner and guest must have a valid passport.

Prize Includes:
Return flights for two people to New York, New York 
Return private transfers from the airport to the hotel. 3 Nights accommodation at the New York Hilton Midtown Hotel. 2 x tickets to see Pink at the Barclays Center on 8th December 2013. ESTA fees for two people and Travel Insurance.

Prize Terms and Conditions:
1. Winner and friend must be available between Friday 6th December and Monday 9th December 2013. Flights must include a Saturday night stay in your destination. Departure airport used will be dependent on the direct availability from the winners nearest available international airport, which may not necessarily be the closest. Non UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense. At least one person must be over the age of 21 years.
2. Hotel is classed as a 4 star and is based on two people sharing a twin or double room with ensuite facilities on a room only basis.

3. Tickets will be for the day stated only and are non-transferable. Tickets are subject to availability at the time of purchase.
4. For all US trips, UK Passport holders must hold a valid ESTA (electronic tourist visa) from the US Embassy, which can be applied for a minimum of 72 hours prior to travel. Anyone not holding an ESTA will be deported from the US upon arrival without exception. It is the winner’s responsibility to comply with the ESTA visa requirements of the United States of America. Approval is at the discretion of the US Embassy and Global Radio cannot be held responsible for this being rejected.

5. All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.

Global Radio cannot be held responsible for any artist cancellation.
