1) The prize comprises:
a) Two nights’ luxury 4* hotel accommodation at The Midland Hotel in Manchester on a bed and breakfast basis, based on the winner and his/her companion sharing a twin/double room (2nd -4th August 2013);
b) 2 x 1 Day hospitality tickets to the Ashes – England V Australia – at Old Trafford on Saturday 3rd August 2013 to include:
1. Seats underneath The Point
2. Hot breakfast on arrival
3. Three-course lunch with half bottle of wine per person
4. Afternoon tea
5. Official programme and score card
2) The prize is on set dates and must be taken between 2nd -4th August 2013. No other dates are available. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that the winner and/or their companions are available to travel on these dates in order to take the prize. Entrance to Old Trafford is subject to venue restrictions;
3) If the match does not take place for any reason (such as but not limited to poor weather or because the game has finished), the winner can still take the accommodation for 2 at the hotel on the dates specified, but no alternative match tickets or hospitality will be provided.
4) The winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.
5) Where the winners’ companion is aged under 18 years old, they must have prior parental or guardian permission and must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over when taking the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and his/her companion when taking the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
6) The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, additional meals and drinks which are not included in the prize, additional excursions, attractions, additional treatments, gratuities, personal expenses and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.
7) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. The prize is non-transferable.
8) The prize and all its elements are subject to availability.
