You are correct, it's the Channel 5 Drama competition - there haven't been any specific NCIS, CSI or Wentworth competitions.

Regarding the prize amount, it's like ITV stating that a £31,000 Daybreak competition is the equivalent of winning £1,000 for each day in October - the prize is a cheque for the full amount.
