Celebrity Super Spa competition to win a trip for 2 to New York -
Additional Terms and Conditions

1) The prize comprises:

a) Return flights for two in economy class from a London airport of our choice to a New York, USA, airport;
b) Return private limo airport transfers in New York;
c) Four nights’ accommodation at 4* Hilton New York Fashion District hotel on a room only basis, based on the winner and his/her companion sharing a 1 King Bed/1 Queen Bed guest room (subject to availability);
d) Personal shopping experience at top department store in New York (subject to availability);
e) £1,000 spending money to be paid to the winner only by cheque once his/her trip has been booked;
f) Travel insurance for two.

2) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their Congratulations Letter from Element and at least six weeks in advance of his/her preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.

3) The prize winner must take the trip within 12 months of being notified as the winner of the prize and this must include a Saturday and Sunday night stay. The prize cannot be taken over Christmas & New Year (19 December 2013 - 4 January 2014), Easter (18-21 April 2014), Bank/Public Holidays in the UK (26 August 2013, 5 & 26 May 2014 and 25 August 2014), the months of July and August 2014, or during New York Fashion Week (5-12 September 2013, 6-13 February 2014 and 4-11 September 2014; fashion week dates are subject to change).

4) Personal shopping experience to take place at either Bloomingdales or Macy’s. It is a complimentary service that lasts for approximately 2 hours with a personal shopper who will offer fashion trend advice and assist with picking out outfits for the winner. No cash element will be provided towards the purchase of outfits, any outfits purchased during the shopping experience will be at the expense of the winner.

5) The winner and his/her companion must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to the USA including but not limited to making a timely application for receipt of ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) authorization under the Visa Waiver Program. It is the responsibility of the winner to organise and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for themselves and their travelling companion.

6) Travel insurance terms exclude pre-existing medical conditions and insurance is subject to standard policy excesses and an upper age limit of 74 years.

7) Where the winner is under 21 years old, the winner must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over to check into the hotel. Please note that either the winner or his/her companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and/or his/her companion adhere to the local laws in the USA. It is highly recommended that the winner and his/her companion obtain advice from a medical professional in advance of travelling and ensure that vaccinations are up to date.

8) The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, additional meals and drinks which are not included in the prize, additional excursions, attractions, additional treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, visas and vaccinations where required and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.

9) The prize and all its elements are subject to availability.

10) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. The prize is non-transferrable.

11) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the winner.
