Evening all,
I want to make Koeksisters (a traditional South African sweet). I made the dough last night and refrigerated it as the recipe stated. However, it's really sticky and I can see the dough sticking to the rolling pin and work surface when I try to roll it out.
I added a little more flour and kneaded it well but it's still very sticky.....what can I do to make it soft and pliable?
Thanks for your help.

Lots more flour

I find that bread dough made in a breadmaker is too moist to knead properly, so if I'm making pizza dough, I use less liquid than suggested in the BM manual.
Also, often fridges are a moist atmosphere - that may have made your dough wetter.
