Urgent help pls need old milk stain removed!

Hi all
Just about to sell my Phil and Teds buggy and to my horror noticed a very old milk (vomit) stain. :eek: I have tried to usual but to no avail. Underneath material is cardboard so I can't get it to wet.
Any advice you wonderful problem solving people?

How about sponging it gently with a wrung out sponge in diluted Fairy liquid or similar. Dry off with hair dryer. Good luck0
