Help!!!! Loans for Bad Credit

I am a 43 year old man working 24 hours a week from Borehamwood Herts, earning £700 per month. I have total debts of £10,000, through both my credit card and bank overdraft. I have just been scammed out of £690 by a non-legitimate loan company (easy loans). I was trying to borrow £5000 as a friend of mine has been in hospital in Nigeria and needs £5000 to pay the hospital before coming home. She will give me everything she owes me as soon as she comes home.

I also have a bad credit rating and live with my parents.

Please Help!!!!

    Theres no such thing

you cant get a loan with bad credit, especially not £5000, and especially not with the amount of debt you already have.

you already have more debt than your annual salary, and £5000 wouldn't really be possible to get on your salary even if you had no debt

Is this an "internet friend" per chance?

In all seriousness, there are no such thing as "bad credit" loans.

You have a bad credit record and are already in debt that is more that your annual salary.

Sorry, it's not going to happen. Ever.

Alas, whilst the op sounds genuine, it does sound suspiciously like an "internet friend". I hope "she" does not turn out to be a strapping 6ft "he" !

You have just admitted to "been scammed out of £690"

Are you a glutton for more punishment?

Your "friend" is giving you a sob story because she knows you are a soft touch. She will take you for the biggest ride she can.
Never loan money to any friends. Period.

Concentrate on paying off your own debts and don't be a mug.

OP you want to help your friend but how much do you trust her to not scam you ?
You have already been bitten and I can see it happening twice which isn't something you want to happen.

Re the 690 you say you were scammed out of, have you looked into getting the money back ? How did it get to £690 ?
