does this mortgage rate offerd by my bank seem decent ?

Hi with me putting down £120,000 I have been offerd a rate of 4.9% interest only.

Does that seem decent ???

What kind of deal is it?
Is it fixed/tracker etc?
Does it have any extended tie-ins?

Did they give you an illustration?
