Tomorrow Ill hopefully be getting a mortgage deal from a local IFA. Does anyone of the reputable forum posters want to do the same for me?

I can inbox all the relevant details. We've just put an offer in on a house....

    Thanks.

    House is £135,000
Deposit will be either 25% or 30%

No debt, or credit outstanding etc....

    I'm self employed and I have 3 years of SA302? Average of £22,000 p/a
    She is part-time and earns £10,000 p/a

I think were definitely want 5 year fix. I also want to be able to over pay each month... I would prefer to have the interest worked out daily rather than annually.

    Thanks again...

Assuming no credit issues and profits not declining then should be plenty of options.

yes london and country over the phone...

the deal he has told me about is 2.99% for a 30% deposit and 3.19% for 25% deposit.. both over 5 years. either 20 or 25 years for both deposits.. I can also pay back 10 % extra per year and they have a fee of £500 and another fee of £250..... he never said who they were with... Any thoughts who?

Mortgage advisors on here are not allowed to advise an individual on the most appropriate product(s) for them because of the site policies and because it is unprofessional of them to do so without a detailed fact find.

Just so you are aware that you may not get what you want from challenging the brokers on here.
