    so its best to see what experian has to say when we get the password in the next few days, and maybe change brokers?

    Start with the Experian, any broker that knows their stuff should really have requested all 3 files initially but certainly answers can be defined quickly once have sight of all 3..

    You will need to do it, don't get caught up in the monthly ones though just pay £2 for the stat report..

    Cheers, will have a check on experian first when that comes, then check the rest if experian looks ok.

    Go for Equifax at the same time as Experian. Assuming you are recognised on their electronic check the report is instant if you order the on line version.

    Experian send a code in the post.
