hi im new to this basically I have a mortgage with my ex partner its in both our names still as im now classed as disabled so the mortgage company will not sign it over to just me even though I pay the full payments each month and have so for 4 years. im wondering if anyone knows of any advice I could get to remove my ex off as he wants to buy his own property now but cannot due to the ties with my house.

I suggest you post the following information
- Value of property
- Amount borrowed on mortgage and over how many years
- Amount currently outstanding and how many years left
- Any other debt in your name or joint names.
- Your income and where it comes from
- If you are earning, how long you expect to continue.
You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'0
