Yes.... but a lot more information is needed...
When is default showing as registered?
Has it been satisfied? If so when?
How much is the default for?
How much are you looking to purchase for?
How much deposit do you have?I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Yes, but you will need to give us a bit more.
When was default recorded, how much for, is it satisfied and % of purchase price is your deposit?I am a Mortgage Broker
