Lloyds TSB mortgage?

Is anyone here a mortgage customer with Lloyds TSB? A couple of current deals look interesting, and I'm wondering if anyone has experience to share about Lloyds TSB as a mortgage provider.
My current account is with Lloyds, which means a few additional perks, but mostly the rates just look fairly decent (although set up fees are perhaps a little steep)
Anyone been a long-term customer know their attitude towards customer retention in particular, i.e. will they offer good rates if we want to stick with them after the initial term?
