Re-mortgaging options with dmp

Im trying to find out th options available with regards to remortgaging my house on a buy to let basis, the snags are i am on a debt management plan with stepchange and i have 2 defauts on my credit file from 2011, my credit score is 999 out of 1000!
Brum mdshires dont do new products to exsisiting or new customrs so thats a no go (im currently with them at the moment)
natwest my bank wont help as im on a dmp
what are the other options? Im after £52k and currently have 11 years 11 months left on my existing repayment mortgage
any advice appreciated, thanks

owe 34k on the property which is worth 100k, rented at the mo to non relative, why would that make a difference if its family? heers0
