Electorol Roll Issue - Please advice...

I own a property which I have let out with the bank’s permission and currently living with my family. My family is in the process of purchasing their property and I will be contributing a small amount towards the deposit (unconditional deposit).
Their solicitor have said as I will be contributing towards the deposit I cannot be living at this address even though I had to sign an official document/letter to confirm its unconditional and I have no interest in the property (which is fine).
The solicitor will also be doing an electoral roll search on purchase property and the property where I will be living; to check that I am not at the purchase property and that I am living where I said I am!
I have checked with my family’s mortgage offer they have got and on the t & c’s says the following:
‘The mortgage is provided on the basis that at least 40% of the property will be used or is intended to be used, as or connection with a dwelling by you or a related person. A related person means anyone who is your spouse, your Parent, brother, sister, child, grandparent or grandchild; or relationship between husband and wife.’
My only option now is to move out and change my address with the electoral roll from my families address to the property I own and once the purchase is completed switch it back over.
Please can I have your advice and recommendation?
Thanks

Don't try mortgage or electorall roll fraud. If caught, and you may well be, you will be blacklisted for credit forever.0
