Missed call

I've had a missed call from 0203 060 2596 and I know some of you have mentioned that ITV use 0203 and 0207 numbers to inform entrants of their wins.
When I tried to call back, it was a dead line, so I don't know what to do now. More likely it was a PPI call.
Does anyone recognise this number?
