PPI advice please,....

After becoming aware of the PPI mis selling, I decided to take my own policy for A,s & unemp. I have unfortunately been made redundant following being in employment for 15 yrs. am having to invoke the policy to help pay my loan/credit card....however the company seem to be doing everything they can not to pay me. The claim submitted in may. I have waited the 30 day notice period, attitude by some agents has been awful and now they want my bank statements. Being unemployed is stressful enough without this company adding to it....when I have paid every month for them to help me out and take the stress away. Help or advice anyone.....?

Did you get wages in lieu of notice? if you did, they will not pay until the wages in lieu have passed as you are still being paid.
Did they not accept your redundancy notice? I would make a complaint to the company about the way you have been treated.0
