of course I do
Perhaps I should jump down of my academic high horse. I just completed a-level literature too

All I can tell you is that of those in my circle it wasn't those with law degrees who struggled to get work but of those with PPE degrees, some were still not working 2 years after graduation.0

This is part of the reason why Philosophy sounds good to me- because I know I'm smart enough to be a lawyer (not bragging, but some of the lawyers I've met aren't exactly mensa members) but I worry I'll loose out to those who are more 'resourceful' shall we say

A students become Academics
B students become Judges
C students become Lawyers.0 -

Pride cometh....
Hopefully you will learn a modicum of humility at uni. What about taking a year out before going to uni and getting a job at McDonalds, or failing that, at a solicitors office? You may find you hate the law and change your mind altogether about your passions. Which you probably will do anyway by the time you graduate.0 -
If you want to be a lawyer, do a law degree.0

My A level English teacher's degree was in English/Philosophy and she said the only thing you could do with Philosophy was teach!0
