End of line shoes?

Does anyone know of anywhere that does end of line shoes? It is a pair of Bellissimo ballerina shoes I am after No. STET1703 in nude in a 7 maybe an 8. I just missed picking up a pair today because someone else got there first.They store records showed that there should have been another pair in store but they couldn't locate them anywhere.
