Moving from "One Account" to...?

I have a one account and am considering a move to IF (£600 setup fee but would save around £2800 over the next 6 years as a result of lower rates). I've been very happy with the one account and will be sad to move away from them as they have given excellent customer service and I like the online banking tools; however their rates are 0.7 to 0.9% worse than the rates currently being offered by IF.
So I am basically just wondering if anyone else has moved from the one account to another "all in one" offset provider and whether the experience of their new provider has led to any regrets. Also, is IF the only other provider of an account that will provide as much flexibility as the one account?
Many thanks!
