The promotion is open to all residents of the United Kingdom & ROI. Only one entry per person. Participants must be over 18 and hold a full and valid UK motorcycle license. Employees of Milwaukee (the "Promoter"), its affiliated companies, the Promotional Partners, their families or agencies or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are exempt from the promotion. By taking part in this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
All details relating to the prizes and offers are correct at the start of the promotion but may be subject to change and, as such, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or replace a prize without prior notification throughout the promotion due to unforeseen circumstances or to circumstances outside of the Promoter's control.
The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any person who corrupts or affects the proper conduct of the promotion, attempts to damage the Website or otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion. Participants may be required to take part in related publicity. The registration for T-shirts will close when all 500 T-shirts have been drawn. The T-shirts will be sent out within 28 days of the final T-shirt being allocated. Only one T-shirt per household. There will be no options of different sizing, a Large T-shirt will be issued.
The Super Bike prize will be drawn at the end of the British superbike season, the winner will be notified before the 31st December 2013 by e-mail.
