I am a new customer, phoned a couple of times last week trying to get the free sky + box / installation being offered to returning customers but they were having none of it - From the sky wesbite new customers shouldl pay £99 for the box and £60 for installation after speaking to a few different people I got the sky + box (brand new latest mode)for £99, free installation and half-price subscription for 2 months and no sky + fees (think they arent supposed to be free untill july) -- There is a thread in the reffers board, a guy who works for sky can get you a sky + box instlalled for £49 although i think they may be older style boxes or refurb boxes but im not 100% sure - for the extra twenty-odd quid it would cost overall i went directly thru sky so i would get a newer box (search for 'sky' in the refferes section of the forum to see the deal he has)
