    RE yesterdays voucher in Mail for 1.20 off glamour mag,i couldnt get it to self scan at Tescos this morning,anyone else had any probs?

    Mine didn't scan at Asda last night but the Esquire one did with no problems.

    The Times £2.70 wouldn't scan either.

    My Glamour one worked fine in WHSmiths yesterday.

    Yes, I used it on self-scan till this morning. Haven't tried the times voucher though. The barcode is very fuzzy.

    Is it ethically dubious to scan the Mail voucher for £2.70 and then put the Times voucher for £2.70 in the slot?
    It doesn't feel quite right, but the end results would be the same.
    On a more practical note, it would mean using up the exp. JUne 10th vouchers before the exp. June 3rd ones. I suppose that I could get around that by doing more shopping...

    I couldn't get it to self-scan either. It had a clear enough barcode but between myself and the till supervisor it eventually went through as a manual input. Hopefully, better luck with todays Mail coupon.

    Just tried the 2.70 moc from the Mail today using self service checkout - it scans fine, it did trigger the 'approval needed' message and went through ok.

    All copies usually have a T2 section, I reckon someone had swiped yours into their copy for the vouchers. Take the papers back if you are nearby and ask to swap them.
