Morrison Sausage question - long shot

Morrison's were selling a pack of 6 (or 8) sausages in their chiller section for a while but they seemed to have stopped doing them now and I can't remember what make they were, to look for them elsewhere.
They had a really high pork meat content, and a very low carb content per sausage (something like 0.8g) and were in a tray with a cardboard sleeve wrapper. I think they had a woman's pic on the front??
They were sold like farm sausages, rather than mass produced Walls etc. I think they were £1.79.
I know there's not much to go on, but does anyone have any clue what they are? I might recognise the name if I saw it again.
There again, I might not but I'm clutching at straws here, lol.

Could it be *Debbie and Andrews? There's no picture on the front, but they're sold in 6's and have a cardboard sleeve round them. They're nice sausages made near Thirsk and they are sold at Morrisons....
*They have a website if you wanna have a look.0 -
oooohhhh....might be, will search, back soon, lol.0

Oh God you're good! Thank you!
I recognised the tray from the website.
Well done, you definately deserve Brownie points for that!
I'm soooooo happy now.0 -
I knows a good sausage when I sees one and Thirsk ain't a million miles away!!
I love their sicilian sausages best (sold loose at Tesco). I saw some of the D & A sausages in Sainsburys yesterday if that's any help, and I think Asda have one or two of their varieties.0 -
Have you tried Porkinson sausages? They are really tasty and hardly any fat comes out when you grill them.0

No I don't think I have - "George-ing" your sausages certainly opens your eyes to how much fat is in some makes. :eek:0

Yes, sounds like Debbie & Andrew's "Nana's favourite Harrogate Sausages" - the only ones I ever buy these days! Made just up the road from my sister's house, and sold at posh food fairs & the like all over Yorkshire. My Aunt & Uncle always stock up on them when they come up north.
Their breakfast sausages are pretty good too.0 -

Your sis probably lives somewhere near me then!
I first tried them at a food festival in York, but for some reason they cost more at food fairs than they do at supermarkets.
I haven't been to the website lately but I believe they do mail order if you want their sausages in large quantities.0
