It could be the sports kit from mars / Asda. I'm waiting on that being delivered and came home to a city link card tonight. Can't think of anything I'm waiting on bought wise so thinking it could be that as up about the 28 days mark now...0

I got 1 parcel delivered form interlink express which was the mars sports kit.
I phoned rmi services who have told me interlink express have made a mistake and should have only received 1 consignment number not 13.:mad:0 -
No texts for me. I did receive emails. A package that was supposed to be delivered never was. Now they are telling me I stole the package and I don't know what to do. I emailed the company and the lady who has been emailing me. How can you steal something that was never delivered. Do you have to sign for the package? What should I do?0

I have had 2 emails from interlink express not sure if it is a scam.
1 parcel was due to be delivered yesterday but it never arrived.
Yesterday I had another email that my parcel would be delivered on the 24th June this has a different tracking number and it is for 11 parcels.
I have also had texts on my phone about these packages.
Has anyone had anything delivered by interlink express?
Someone keeps emailing me but I have never received a text. A package was supposed to be delivered yesterday and was not. Now she stated a claim for compensation will be filled along with me stealing the package that never came. Do you have to sign for this stuff? Was I scammed? What should I do?0 -

I am being told I stole a package that was never delivered to me. They are filing a claim of compensation. I don't understand how this works or what I need to do to resolve it. I just received emails never any text messages. What should I do? Do you have to sign for the items?

Although I can't see how this scam works, it has come round again. Pattern appears identical to that reported earlier; i.e. day 1, text advises delivery tomorrow; day 2 early, text advises delivery time; day 2 after delivery time, text advises "parcel not delivered because you were out"out. In each case the text has links which appear to be to the Interlink express website. Suspecting a scam on first text (as I had no deliveries outstanding) I did NOT clink the link in the text, but typed it into my web browser. The website address was valid, but the reference number was not - so no delivery details were retrieved. There were different links in each text . The link in the "not delivered" text did find a valid page, repeating the "could not deliver because you were out" message and with a photo of the house they had tried to deliver to - which isn't my house. This page contained a parcel number - so I searched within the Interlink site for that parcel number, but it wasn't valid.
Unless this is simply some bad error by Interlink (possible) then it's hard to see how the scam operates - the phone number on the text was Interlink's customer service number. It's possible, but I can't be sure without clicking on it, that the website links, although they read correctly, could have underlying hyperlinks to some other website. Perhaps something else will now happen - perhaps the lost parcel/compensation claim? I'll report back, if so. The other possibility is that this is a malicious attack on Interlink express, designed to bombard their website and customer services with queries. Does anyone have any other ideas?0 -
Or maybe they just use independant couriers to deliver...like Amazon do for instance, and they are saying they have delivered the parcels but tkaing them for themselves - this was on tv not so long ago I believe. They scan the parcel, say you weren't home, say they left it at your door and delivered, take the parcel with them - job done.0

Can't be that in this case - as there was a "not delivered" text; and the item is also recorded on an Interlink express website page as "not delivered" (albeit to the wrong house). The main clues to something being completely wrong with all of this are that text 1 had an invalid reference; and text 3 leads to a website page which lists a parcel with an invalid parcel number. And, as far as I can ascertain, there is actually no outstanding delivery for me. So it's 99% likely to be a scam - but I'm still not sure what. I'd just advise anyone on the receiving end of something like this NOT to click in any links in the texts - but check them out on their computer by typing in the website address etc. and then (if the page proves genuine) searching for the reference.0

Finally the mystery has been (partly) resolved. It is a genuine Interlink delivery - and all the anomalies (incorrect reference on the first email, incorrect parcel number and wrong house photo on the "couldn't deliver" page) were all Interlink errors. I've checked out their Facebook page and there are loads of people - most of whom seem to be in the same delivery area as me (their Crayford depot) - complaining about exactly the same problem. Appears they have at least one driver that can't use a satnav; and some computer system operators that can't type!!
The only thing I can't resolve is how the time on the first text was 2 hours before I purchased the goods that are being delivered (which is why I was so convinced that this was not that particular delivery); unless, of course, the clock on the Interlink texting system is running 2 hours slow!0
