I dont feel great, im up but with no purpose.
Since my partner left ive had this feeling that runs through my gut and i feel that at any time i can just break down.

Not sleeping well, im having to sleep on a settee untill we can sort something out.

Thats normal. When you split up with someone it can be like a bereavement and it takes time to feel better.

No, i was asked to leave for a few days for things to calm down and i havent been allowed back.

Im on a sofa at my mums.

We are all around for you Hun. Some of us have been through troubled times, some of us are keen to help, like you we sometimes felt we really couldn't cope. But we found support here.

I dont know what to do with myself, i keep dwelling on her. It ended so horribly (on her part) pretty much that song from goteye or whatever its called. Ive had no answers or closure and im still deeply in love with her, she was my childhood girlfriend.

My mum works long and unsociable hours and my dad passed away 10 years ago, as for friends, i havent had any of those for over 4 years as the ones i had i met through my partner and they have since stopped all contact.
